Tuesday’s Jan. 6 Hearing Evidence Should Send Trump to Jail
Committee will hear from Republicans who denied Trump, faced death threats
The House Select Committee on Jan. 6 is building an effective case against former President Donald Trump. And they are doing this by presenting increasingly damning information against the former president detailing his many crimes in office. In each hearing, the evidence gets worse. This is building to a situation where Attorney General Merrick Garland cannot avoid acting.
However, the committee members are only halfway through this series of hearings. The next hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, and it also promises to be full of bombshells. I can tell by just looking at some of the witnesses. They will include Georgia Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger and his deputy Gabriel Sterling, and Arizona State Rep. Rusty Bowers.

These men all have the same thing in common. They’re Republicans who ran afoul of Trump because they refused to break the law to help him stay in office.
