‘Meet the Press’ interview was hour of lies, conspiracy theories, avoidance
The next four years is going to consist of the mainstream media chasing after clown President Donald Trump as he slips on a banana peel — on a continuous loop.
Consider Trump’s recent interview with “Meet the Press.” The interview, conducted by Kristen Welker, was Trump’s first sit down with a mainstream press organization since he won his second term. And it didn’t go well.
During the interview, Trump was the same person he was when he was president during his disastrous first four years in the White House. He lied, threatened and repeated conspiracy theories. Yes, nothing has changed. Trump has no regard for the truth. What do we expect from a man who told 30,000 lies during his first term in the White House?
