Trump Is Trying to Gaslight His Way Out Of Jan. 6 Investigation
Former president wants to handle Capitol attack the same way he handled Covid
It seems the American public will never be free of the presence of former President Donald Trump until he meets the Grim Reaper. Until then, he will continue to inflict us with his idiotic and dangerous statements. I’m tired of writing about them, but we have to address the issue because his comments represent a national security threat.
Trump’s latest brain fart came at a rally for Harriet Hageman, who’s running against Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) Trump, who’s petty and vindictive, is campaigning for Hageman because Cheney is trying to hold him accountable for Jan. 6.
During the campaign rally, Trump downplayed the Jan. 6 investigation with his favorite insult for anything that he doesn’t like. He called it a hoax.
