‘The Boatyard’ Introduces Terror on the High Seas

Graham: horror has a cult following

RG Graham, who is both a writer and a producer, decided to make a horror movie for a practical reason. “The general rule of thumb is horror is the highest earning genre and most economical to produce,” he said. The movie, titled “The Boatyard”, comes from ENRG Entertainment, a rising name in the horror genre.

The film tells the story of a group of friends who go out on a boat and get stalked by a killer. “Prepare for a psychological horror experience that will haunt your dreams long after the credits roll,” said director Dale A. Stelly. Stelly was also the producer and director of the police drama “Compton’s Finest.”

Graham, who is a fan of horror, said that the genre has “a cult following.” He believes that people love to be scared, and this is something he realized while attending Horror Con, a convention for fans of horror movies.

Covid Sparked Creativity

Graham got the idea for the movie during the pandemic while he was on a boat with a group of friends. “I wrote it during the pandemic, and then going out on the boat and having people in my life at that time sitting around — a lot of them with social media celebrities with big followings.
