Latest Fake Scandal Shows There’s no Bottom for the Republican Party

Greene and her gang of morons demand DOJ investigate a non-existent scandal

The news is so insane these days that just when you finish writing a story about a scandal, another one arises for you to debunk. A few days ago, I wrote a story pointing out how crazy the GOP was for sticking with ex-President Donald Trump, the man who lost them both houses of Congress and the White House.

One of the reasons why he lost was because his out-of-control presidency repulsed the American public. But days later, an even crazier scandal pops up.

Over the weekend, Trump reminded people why he’s unfit for high office when he unleashed an insane conspiracy theory about the Arizona elections. He claimed that the “entire Arizona voting database” had been deleted.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, quickly debunked Trump’s lie on Twitter. “This is unhinged. I’m literally looking at our voter registration database on my other screen. Right now,” he said. End of story, you would think. But not in today’s whacko political world, a story doesn’t have to be true to get political mileage.
