Larry Elder Takes Con Game to Next Level by Running for President
Right-wing shock jock announces White House Run
I was listening to the radio this morning when liberal radio show host Thom Hartmann said something very succinct. He said presidential candidates fall into two categories: serious candidates and hustlers. Larry Elder, a right-wing radio host, falls into the hustler category. Elder falls in line with Democrats Marianne Williamson and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Republican Vivek Ramaswamy, whose running against “wokeism,” in this category.
Elder recently announced that he’s throwing his name into the already crowded GOP field for president in 2024. This is fairly surprising because his only political experience is an embarrassing loss to California Gov. Gavin Newsom. Elder somehow convinced California Republicans that he was the ideal candidate to take on Newsom in the 2021 recall race. It’s no wonder the California GOP is in shambles if they think like that.
