Harris Battles Fake Anchor on Fake News Network

Vice President goes on FNC and comes out looking good

On Wednesday night, Vice President Kamala Harris did something her rival former President Trump, Donald Trump, will never do. She went into hostile territory, Fox News Channel (FNC,) and took hard questions from “news anchor” Brett Baier.

Although Baier likes to bill himself as an objective news anchor, he isn’t one. Baier is a company man who believes in the network policy of advancing the right-wing agenda and that’s what he did on Wednesday. According to Media Matters, Baier is no different from the opinion side of FNC.

“While Baier would like to move past Fox’s history of lying to bolster Trump’s 2020 subversion campaign, the Fox anchor is personally implicated in shocking breeches of journalistic standards with obvious ramifications for the coming election,” said Matt Gertz. “After Fox’s decision desk called Arizona for Joe Biden on election night — infuriating the Trump campaign and many Fox viewers — Baier urged network executives to overrule the decision desk in order to make amends.”
