Every day, he makes at least five insane statements and commits about five illegal acts. As a journalist, you have so many stories to write about, and have to choose the most important ones.
So, when I heard Jan. 6 terrorist Ashli Babbitt’s family was going to be rewarded with $5 million in taxpayers’ money, I had to write about it. Babbitt is the bad gift that keeps on giving. I’ve written at least three articles about her. But in the age of Trump, journalists are cursed with writing the same story over and over again.
